...here is a drawing that has been sitting on my desk in sketch form for a month, and I finally made time to finish it up.

It illustrates the Norse Myth of JORMUNGANDR, a Midgard worm so huge that it encircles the entire Earth with its tail in its mouth. ...what.....Ever! Anyway, the Thunder God THOR sets off to try and catch it, but fails.
..so there ya go. Hope you like, my friends.....

'YA! Little pathetic man, why think you can slay me?
Think the maidens would sing
When you be at the bottom of the sea?'

'What bestail monter you be?
Who cannot be slain by sword or spear?'

'I be Migard, Jormungander!'

'I be Thor, God of Thunder! Storm to my aid, return this beast to the bottom of the sea!'

awesome drawing...but..

Thor always carrys a lightning enchanted 1-handed mace or hammer, as his prefered weapon.
its name is Mjølner -
(pronounced : M]joel'ner), and its said to return to his hand, whenever he throws it. and never to miss its target.

Thor is the god of thunder and lightning, in norse mythology.
and proberly the fierces and strongest of all the gods of Valhalla (the name of the city in the sky's, were all the "Asher gods" live) the city is connected to midgard (the world of mortal men) via the bridge called "Bifrost", withs is, in old legends, the rainbow.

Thor is married to the fair maiden Sif, who were a Sigrid, (the norse word for a mounted valkyrian/amazon, or directly translated "female rider")

Thor liked to gamble, and wedge stackes, and the story of Thor's fight with the midgard-worm, is a result of a bet he had with Utgards-Lokie, who is the chieftain of the Yettish trolls. later in the story the midgard-worm is transformed into a cat, and Thor bets with Utgards-Lokie, weather or not he is able to lift the cat from the floor, and after much struggle and lifting he manage to lift one of the cats feet from the floor.
